At TRNDIVA, we want you to love every piece you wear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility

  • Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be:
    • Unworn
    • Unwashed
    • In original condition
    • With all tags and packaging attached

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Accessories
  • Bodysuits
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Customized products

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed based on product availability.
  • If the requested size or item is unavailable, store credit or a refund may be offered.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

Gift Card Policy

 

Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
  • Gift cards can be used on all available products unless otherwise stated.
  • Any remaining balance will stay available for future purchases.
  • Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the purchase date.
  • Promotional discounts may not apply to gift card purchases.
  • TRNDIVA reserves the right to cancel gift cards obtained fraudulently.

 

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake.
  • Exchange shipping fees may apply.
